Local Rules of Court San Francisco Superior Court Rule 12 78 by application by the parent(s) or guardian(s) to the Court and by a subsequent order of the Court. F. The provisions of items A. through E. do not address visitation where minors are detained with relatives, unless it is a case requiring visitation be supervised by the HSA. It may, however, serve as a guide for the fashioning of particular visitation orders in those situations. G.
