We have investigated the bias stress stability of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT)-based organic field-effect transistors (OFETs), prepared from chloroform or trichlorobenzene solutions on a thin SiO2 dielectric (bottom gate) with an additional self-assembled monolayer.
